Davanciink ("we", "us") operates DavanciNexus, an internal analytics console for mobile games. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, display name, and role assigned by your administrator.
- Authentication data: sign-in timestamps and multi-factor authentication enrollment status.
- Analytics data imported from third-party services you connect (Meta Ads, AppsFlyer, GameAnalytics, Firebase) including campaign metrics, installs, retention, and revenue aggregates.
- Technical logs: audit events for admin actions, integration changes, and sync jobs.
How we use information
We use collected data solely to provide game portfolio analytics, reporting, and operational alerts to authorized team members. We do not sell personal data.
Third-party processors
We use Google Firebase (authentication, hosting, database, cloud functions), Meta, AppsFlyer, and GameAnalytics as data sources you explicitly configure. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing data they collect from end users of your games.
Data retention
Analytics records are retained for the operational lifetime of your organization account. Account data is deleted upon administrator request or account closure.
